I found the hotel to be in a very convenient location, close to St Pancras train station, shops, and restaurants. It sits directly above the underground, which was handy for exploring the city, but the surrounding area was a bit dark. The rooms, though in slightly poor condition, had a double bed and nice features. The service, unfortunately, lacked knowledge of customer care. The dining experience offered eclectic British dishes, and the hotel included dining options.
